
Dr. Hashemzadeh was born and raised in Urmia, Iran, in a family deeply rooted in education and culture. His lifelong passion for animals began at an early age, inspiring him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After graduating from Urmia Veterinary School in Iran in 2002, Dr. Hashemzadeh owned and operated a successful small animal practice in Tehran for over a decade. During this time, he cultivated a deep commitment to providing compassionate and expert care to his patients.
Seeking new opportunities, Dr. Hashemzadeh and his wife, Dr. Shahrzad, a skilled dentist, immigrated to the United States. While completing the rigorous NAVLE and ECFVG certification processes, he gained invaluable experience working at several prominent veterinary hospitals in Southern California, including Banfield, Beverly Robertson Animal Hospital, Macy and Thomas Veterinary Hospital, and BrightCare Veterinary Hospital.
Dr. Hashemzadeh is passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care and has a particular interest in emergency medicine and critical care. Beyond his professional life, he treasures spending time with his family, including his wife, their daughter Parmis, and their two adopted cats, Milo and Minnie.
