Dr. Omar El-Taliawi obtained his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Cairo University in 2004. Following graduation he spent five years practicing general and emergency medicine in Southern Connecticut. Shortly thereafter, he decided to further his training by completing a rotating medicine and surgery internship at Sonora Veterinary Specialists in Phoenix, Arizona in 2014. He also completed a specialty internship in small animal surgery at VCA All Care Animal Referral Center in Orange County, California in June 2016. Dr. El-Taliawi enjoys spending time with his family, camping and traveling throughout the United States. He also enjoys motorcycle riding, diving and surfing.
