Dr. Baeza was born and raised in Southern California. From an early age, her family and friends knew that one day she would become a Veterinarian. Following graduation from high school, Dr. Baeza became a graduate from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelors in Biology. She then went on to complete her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. After spending a year helping the animals of Colorado, Dr. Baeza was ecstatic at the opportunity to move back to Southern California and become part of the emergency department at BrightCare Veterinary Group.

When not helping the animals that come through emergency, Dr. Baeza enjoys playing golf, meeting amazing people at comic con, being an avid reader, chilling at the beach, and cheering on the Los Angeles Angels. Nothing is quiet in the Baeza household, with one large lab mix named Rio, a cuddly cat named Oliver, two opinionated Russian desert tortoises named Sam and Mike, and one drama-filled horse named Rosie. Dr. Baeza’s motto that has helped in times of struggle is “Never tell me the odds.”
