Whether you’re planning to stay in town or travel, the holidays can be a stressful time (especially with pets!) We’ve compiled this quick guide of pet friendly restaurants, activities, hotels and boarding locations to hopefully help you have a happy and stress-free holiday season with your pets!

Their outdoor seating is dog friendly and Tuesday-Saturday 3-6PM has happy hour discounted prices on drinks and appetizers.

Board & Brew

The patio is dog friendly. They offer craft beer on tap and are known for their soups, salads, and sandwiches!

Activities

San Onofre State Beach Campground

Your pets have to be kept on a leash, but they are allowed at no extra fees! They are also allowed on two hiking trails. There are toilets and outdoor showers on site, and the campground is within walking distance of the beach.

Cañada Vista Dog Park

Two fenced in areas, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Drinking fountains within the park!

La Paws Dog Park

This park is a bit further, but it’s also quite a bit bigger! It also has a special fenced in area for dogs to play alone and doggy water fountains.

They can sit in the main room which is like a livingroom and lay on the couch and watch TV, or they can use one of the two play rooms. They also offer themed bedroom options for your dog!

The holidays can be a stressful time for people, but please remember that they can be a stressful time for your pets too.
